Relax and enjoy our variety of drinks from the minibar and free coffees and teas 24 hours a day.

Available every day from 07:30 to 10:30 on the ground floor.
Parking
It is necessary to make a reservation at reception. Once confirmed we will give you access (subject to availability).
The rate is 24,00€ per car/day and the maximum height is 3 meters.
Do not forget to let us know if you need a charging point for your vehicle. The cost is 10€, unlimited charge (subject to availability).
Pool
Enjoy a swim in our outdoor pool open from 26/03/24 to 31/10/24. Free towels are available at the exit of the pool located on the second floor.
Remember that the use of glass is prohibited in the pool area, ask for our plastic cups to carry your drink.

We don’t want the rain to ruin your stay in Donostia. That’s why we have an umbrella lending system available at the main entrance.

Printing documents
If you need to print your boarding pass or any other document send us an email to villaeugenia@nicolasabh.com and we will be happy to print it for you from 8am – 10pm
Just drop into reception to pick it up.
Board games
We have board games (dominoes, cards, ludo, chess…) available to all guests.
You will find them in the cabinet next to the reception on the first floor.
ACCOMMODATION RULES
At Villa Eugenia we want you to enjoy your stay to the full. Therefore, we leave you this guide so that you know the rules of the environment of what is going to be your home for the next few days. Remember that complying with the rules is compulsory and is in your interest and ours.
Please, do not make noise after 22:00, other people are resting.
Please, do not play music too loud.
Make correct use of the “Do not disturb” or “clean room”.
For safety reasons no glass is allowed in the pool.
Smoking is not allowed inside; you can smoke on the terraces.
It is not allowed to take towels and glass water bottles with you

We have a private, video-monitored car park in the hotel itself, the price is 24€/day.
It is necessary to make a reservation. Places are limited.
The maximum height is 3m.
Yes, there are electric charging points and the cost is 10€ per charge. It is necessary to bring the charger. Please let us know in advance in order to try to book a specific space. Subjetc to availability.
